The Nahant Softball League is expiriencing an overhaul. The 07' season is not going to look like years past, but then again when has'nt there been changes. Looks like Tides and Popo's were comprimised in the expansion draft. 07' Looks to have a Six Team Race for the Championship. A Six-Team League means either another team is allowed to enter the league or each series with each team becomes a three game series, similar to 05'. Making it a 15 game set. What does it all mean??Would the league be better off with fewer teams and more games per team? The players every year change. New faces will pop up on new rosters. Injuries will be aplenty and there will surely be one or two new knee braces. The fact of the matter is the league is evolving. As the league changes so will the teams and the individuals that make up these teams.
