Barbarians 1 Million- Knights a Hundred
The Barbarians took it to the Knights on Tuesday night jumping out quickly with a 15 run top of the first inning. Carlo "Cappa" Capanigro continues his assault on the MVP race and the home-run chase with another tater. Dave Barille lost the starting job as he was yanked in the fourth in favor of the promising young righty Mike Kelleher. In the end the Barbarians were to much for the young Knights and now sit in a three way tie for first at 4-1. The Knights are now alone in the cellar, underneath the stairs, sucking their thumbs, at 1-6.
Also of Note: An abnormally large crowd showed up to watch this trouncing, and actually stuck around.
